To purchase a Bear you can now use our online shopping cart. Ecomcart is linked to Paypal however you do not need a Paypal account to use the cart, you will be given the option to continue without registering. Payment method is any major credit/debit card, Paypal funds or bank transfer. Alternatively, please email me with the bear of your choice using the 'contact' link and I would be happy to call you to take payment (UK only). I also accept Cheques and Postal Orders made payable to Beddingfield Bears, please email me for address details.
Postage & Packaging
The price of your bear does not include P&P. This price is set via the shopping cart according to the Bears weight so please check the charge before confirming.
Layaway Service
Bears can be reserved by paying a 25% deposit on ordering. Balance is due 30 days from date of order. Please be aware deposits are non refundable and I reserve the right to cancel the order if the balance is not received by the due date. Alternative terms can be arranged. If you would like to adopt a Bear using the layaway service please email me for more information including your contact telephone if you would prefer to discuss by phone.
General Information
All bear sizes are approximate and colours may vary slightly due to the limitations of monitors. I try hard to ensure descriptions are accurate but inevitably colours may vary slightly. All Beddingfield Bears are collector bears and are therefore unsuitable for children under 14 years of age due to the nature of components used. Each bear is an exclusive design, created by me, and comes complete with sew in labels and signed swing tag, stating Teddies date of birth, name etc.
Refunds
I do offer refunds in the unlikely event a customer is unhappy with their purchase. Bears must be returned within 7 days of purchase and in the original packaging. Postage and packaging costs will not be refunded. Only in the event of a bear being faulty will customers receive 100% refund. All bears are dispatched via Royal Mail, recorded delivery, unless requested otherwise. If you wish to return a Bear you must notify me within 7 days via email or phone to ensure we are in to accept collection. Customers failing to notify us of a return within this timescale may forfeit the right to a refund, this does not apply to faulty items.
